How do I get my tickets?

After purchasing, tickets are sent via email. Bring your digital ticket or printed ticket along with your ID to the show.

Can I get tickets at the door?

Tickets may be available at the door, depending on availability. We advise buying tickets online in advance. If buying at the door, please arrive 60 minutes early.

Any group ticket discounts or buyout options?

For groups of 10+ or venue buyouts on special dates, email: sabina@MasteroftheMind.com.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final with no refunds.

Do you offer Student or Active Military discounts?

Yes. Arrive an hour early with your ID for a 15% discount. Limit is 2 discounted tickets per ID. Check online availability beforehand. No discount for Dinner show

How long is the show?

The interactive show lasts between 75-90 minutes without intermission.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks are allowed. Only drinks from Riverside Bar are permitted inside.

Is there an age recommendation?

The show is suitable for ages 9 and up.

Dinner details and timings?

Dinner is served at the Wild Sea Restaurant adjacent to the showroom. Pick up your tickets from the Champ Carr room 1 ½ - 2 hours before the show. After dining, proceed to the show where reserved seating awaits your party. The dinner features a “fix menus” with choices.

Are seats assigned?

No, seating is first-come, first-served in our intimate venue. Dinner shows tickets will have reserved spots. Limited VIP options available. Review available ticket options when reserving

Is merchandise available?

Guy Bavli merchandise is sold post-show. Pre-purchase option with your ticket to avoid queues and availability.

Can I take pictures or videos during the show?

Non-flash photos are permitted sparingly. Share on social media with #guybavli. Video, audio recording, or flash photography are not allowed.
